Spokey FIT SEAT Balance pad
The Spokey Fit Seat massage and balance mat is designed for people who spend a lot of time sitting, e.g. in schools or offices. It forces the so-called "dynamic sitting" – it stimulates micro movements of the vertebrae, thanks to which the spine can rest and the muscles are circulated.
The mat is used to perform exercises on unstable ground and improves motor coordination. It can be used during balance exercises, motor coordination or to massage the tracks. 
Massage protrusions irritate tactile receptors on the feet, improve blood circulation, which as a result relaxes the muscles of the lower legs. The pad is made of high-quality, waterproof PVC material. This makes it easily sustainable in dry and cleanliness.
